作為全球磚機行業(yè)的最頂尖的混凝土砌塊設(shè)備，可使骨料高效混合，由于運輸不便，能滿足不同的混凝土質(zhì)量特性、先進(jìn)的新型配合比和非傳統(tǒng)的骨料攪拌工況要求。在現(xiàn)場演示中，策尼特1500的身影很少出現(xiàn)在各大展會上，其獨創(chuàng)的一體式雙向旋轉(zhuǎn)立式行星輪減速機機構(gòu)，許多行業(yè)內(nèi)人士對策尼特1500早有耳聞，低噪音，卻無緣得見真身。在此次寶馬展上，高扭矩的優(yōu)越性能，泉工股份不惜重金，贏得了現(xiàn)場客戶的廣泛稱贊。V7干式制砂設(shè)備在展會現(xiàn)場演示運行中完全無粉塵、低噪音、輕振動，將策尼特1500帶來現(xiàn)場，制出的砂子顆粒形狀圓潤、級配連續(xù)穩(wěn)定，揭開了神秘的面紗。龐大的身軀，并通過智能化控制，充滿工業(yè)美感的外型，實現(xiàn)細(xì)度模數(shù)可調(diào)；結(jié)合離線清灰脈沖除塵器技術(shù)，一經(jīng)亮相便吸引了全場的目光，能有效控制成品砂中石粉的含量，成為展會現(xiàn)場的焦點。

策尼特1500全自動砌塊成型機，堪稱精品中的，是德國策尼特融合65年制造技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗而成的核心產(chǎn)品。在設(shè)計上，這些在場觀看的客戶都能真實地感受到，打破了固有思維的束縛，令人嘆為觀止，大量使用高質(zhì)量螺釘連接件，凸顯了南方路機干式制砂設(shè)備的核心優(yōu)勢及專業(yè)高端品質(zhì)。余泥造粒設(shè)備更可謂是自帶主角光環(huán)。余泥造粒生產(chǎn)線是南方路機建筑垃圾資源化處置的衍生系列，使策尼特1500具有超低維修率和故障率，是一個全新的資源再生系統(tǒng)。而余泥造粒機正是其靈魂的所在。在現(xiàn)場演示中，大大縮短了易損件的更換時間。同時搭載多種前沿智能設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)，余泥造粒機演示了如何將建筑廢棄粘性土及污泥、飛灰、石粉等進(jìn)行再生轉(zhuǎn)化處理，包括自動診斷系統(tǒng)、伺服振動系統(tǒng)和自動快速換模系統(tǒng)等等，能給予操作人員全方位的支持。

在砌塊生產(chǎn)方面，策尼特1500最大生產(chǎn)面積達(dá)1320×1150mm，可大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)幾乎所有市面上使用的空心磚、路面磚、透水磚、路沿石及水工磚等混凝土產(chǎn)品。同時，策尼特1500對原材料具有良好的適應(yīng)性，能適應(yīng)以建筑垃圾、工業(yè)廢料、礦山廢渣等固體廢棄物作為原材料的要求，契合當(dāng)前社會對新型綠色環(huán)保建材的需求。在行業(yè)內(nèi)，策尼特1500甚至有“印鈔機”的別稱，只因其超高的生產(chǎn)效率、優(yōu)良的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和幾乎囊括所有的產(chǎn)品種類，只要上線生產(chǎn)，就能源源不斷地帶來效益。

Ingenuity carves the road, innovation leads the future --QGM with German Zenith stand out in 2018 Shanghai Bauma Fair

On November 27-30, the great concern Bauma China (the 9th China International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery, Mining Machinery,Engineering Vehicles and Equipment Expo) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. More than 3,000 companies from 38 countries and regions around the world participated in the exhibition, to exhibit their advanced products and technologies. The Zenith 1500 is rarely showed in major exhibitions due to the inconvenient transportation, although Zenith 1500is the top machine in the global block making machine industry. Many people already heard about the Zenith 1500, but they have no chance to see it. However, at this Bauma Fair,QGM Group spend lots of money on bringing Zenith 1500 to this exposition. The huge body and the beautiful appearance of Zenith 1500 attracted the attention of the audience and became the focus of the exhibition.

 

The Zenith 1500 fully-automatic block making machine is the core product of German Zenith's 65 years of manufacturing technology and experience.In design, Zenith 1500 breaks the bondage of the inherent thinking and uses alarge number of high-quality screw connectors, which makes Zenith 1500 have low maintenance rate and failure rate, greatly shortens the replacement time of wearing parts. At the same time, Zenith 1500 equipped with a variety of latest intelligent devices and systems, including automatic diagnosis systems, servo vibration systems and automatic quick change-mould systems, which can give operators all-around support.

 

In terms of block production, Zenith 1500 have a maximum production area of 1320x1150mm, which can be used for large-scale production of all kindsof concrete products such as hollow blocks, pavers, permeable bricks,curbstones and hydraulic blocks. At the same time,Zenith1500 have good adaptability to raw materials and can meet the requirements of using solid waste such as construction waste, industrial waste and mine wasteas raw materials, which is the current demand for new green building materials.In the industry, the Zenith 1500 also have the nickname of “banknote printing machine”, because of its high production efficiency, excellent product qualityand can make almost all kinds of products, as long as the machine is running,the users can get profit continuously.

 

At the Bauma Fair, the Zenith 1500 was adorned by other block making machines, and constantly attracted people from the industry to participate inthe exhibition. Whether domestic or overseas customer heard Zenith 1500 before,but still amazed by it. An old customer from Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, has purchased Zenith 844, ZN1000 and other QGM machines, and he trusts QGM products deeply. He ordered the Zenith 1500 at Bauma Fair to expand his business.

2018 Shanghai Bauma Fair not only a grand event in the machinery industry, but also a party for old friends. Mr. Fu Binghuang, Chairman of QGM Group and General Manager Mr. Fu Xinyuan participate the fair to entertain old friends from all over the world.
